Our Clinic
Founded in 2010,
we are a well established practice in the area. We see patients of all ages and provide continuity of care. The practice doctors are Dr Maria Bohane, Dr Lisa Collins and Dr Niall Clancy. The practice nurse is Siobhan O’Riordan. They are supported on the front desk by Sharon Farrell and Ma Jovie Geoghegan, our medical secretaries.

Our Team
Dr Maria Bohane
Dr Maria Bohane MB, BCh, BAO, NUI, MRCPI, MRCGP. Maria qualified in 1990 from UCC. She worked in paediatrics for five years in Cork and Dublin and completed the membership exam in paediatrics before training in General Practice in the UK and completing membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. She has worked as a GP in the area since 2001.
Dr Lisa Collins
Dr Lisa Collins MB,BA,Bch,BAO, DCh, Dobs, MICGP Lisa qualified in 1992 from T.C.D. Following her internship, she entered the Eastern Regional GP training programme, completing rotations in general medicine, medicine for the elderly, palliative care, paediatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology. She has diplomas in Child Health and Obstetrics and obtained membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners. She has worked for more than ten years in the Shankill region.
Dr Niall Clancy
Dr Niall Clancy LLB BL MB BCh BAO LRCP and SI MRCPI MICGP. Dr Clancy graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2011. After completing his membership exam in hospital medicine, he completed general practice training in 2017. Niall also has a diploma in paediatrics. He has worked as a GP in Dublin, Kildare and Meath and continues to work in the area of adult intellectual disability medicine.
Siobhan O'Riordan
Nurse Siobhan O'Riordan BSc (Hons) in General Nursing. Siobhan completed her honours degree in nursing in 2007. She has gained extensive experience in Ireland, the UK and Australia and has been working as a practice nurse since 2020. Siobhan recently completed a post graduate diploma in primary care nursing in UCD. Her special interests include vaccinations, chronic disease management, travel health and women's health.
Sharon Farrell
Sharon has many years experience as an administrator in the insurance industry before qualifying as a medical secretary. She joined us in 2018 and has become a very valuable member of our team.
Ma Jovie Geoghegan
Jovie joined us in 2024 and is an important member of our team at the front desk. She has a background in business administration in the accounting industry and has also worked as a healthcare assistant for five years.
